Recipe – White Cocada
Ingredients
- 1 coconut
- 1/2 k sugar
How to prepare
- With the water of the coconut and sugar syrup to make a point of folder. When removing from fire add the grated coconut, and beat until cool and pour in marble coated, smoothed with a knife to cut the mass into rectangles.
Brown Cocada
- Follow the same procedure of cocada white, only that the first burn sugar and then pour the water to make syrup. (To burn the sugar put it in a pan, on low fire without adding water. Stir constantly with a spoon of stick until caramel).
